Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern the use and the access to the Site and/or the Services. By accessing the Site and/or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you do not/stop accessing and/or using the Site or the Services.
The use of the Site and/or the Services is limited to Customer ("you") aged 17 years old and above. Customers aged under 17 years old are not eligible to make any purchase on the Site unless with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Your Account
When you set up an account, you are required to provide your account information – name, email address, birth date and password. You are responsible to keep and to maintain your account confidentiality. You are also responsible for any and all use of your account information and all orders and activities that occur under or in connection with your account. You must notify us immediately if you know or have reason to suspect that the confidentiality of your account interrupted or if your account being used without authorization or if you need to update your account information.
You hereby agree to be bound by the access to the Site and/or the use of the Service (whether the access or use of these with your consent or not), and you agree that we reserve the right, but not responsible, to hold and assume that the use of your account is done by your own (as long as no previous report unauthorized use of your account that has been proven) and entitled to conclude that the use/activities are performed or submitted by you or your representatives. You further agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur with your permission or authorization to your account, or because you fail to maintain sufficient security over your account. You also agree not to register for more than one account, register for an account on behalf of an individual other than yourself without such individual's authorization, or register for an account on behalf of any group or entity.
4. User Content
You can submit any content (such as concept, messages, comments, photos/images, videos, text, music, sound, graphic, data, information, ideas, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”)) to us. The content will be deemed as non-proprietary and non-confidential and may be used by us, our affiliates or others without restriction. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise you will control over the content submitted and uploaded, will not violate the rights of any third party in any way, including but not limited to the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any intellectual property or proprietary rights.
By collecting, submitting, posting, and uploading User Content with or without being asked, through the Site or other media, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, license, sublicense, adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit, and otherwise exploit such User Content throughout the world, in all media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, developing, manufacturing, distributing and marketing products.
Your submitted User Content is not confidential, but if you want to keep it confidential, do not submit it to our Site. We also have no obligation to maintain or provide copies of any User Content. You admit that we reserve the right to modify, refuse or remove any User Content, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
5. Price and Product Availability
We always strive to provide an accurate description, availability, and price of the product. An error may occur but we are doing our best to provide that information to be accurate, current and error-free.
The prices on our site are given in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Prices are subject to change if there are certain things happen. All prices listed are excluded from shipping and packing cost. We reserve the right to change the price list at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to you.
6. Product Order
You can order all of our products. Please note that the product entered into your shopping bag is not booked yet, you have to do a checkout process to make sure that you make a transaction to finalize your purchase of the products you ordered.
Once your order succeeds, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received in our system. However, if you are choosing payment with Bank Transfer, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is waiting for payment. The email is merely acknowledged and does not constitute the final stage of your order. As for that stage requires you to make the payment, we will send back an e-mail confirmation that your payment has been received and your order is ready to be sent to you. Only the items listed in the email will be sent.
7. Delivery Products
(a) Address: The products should be delivered to address specified in your order.
(b) The shipping & packing: shipping and packing fees as stated on the checkout page.
(c) Operational costs: In each delivery order, you will be charged with operating expenses associated with the additional services of paper bags/boxes and other packaging facility security enhancements for Rp 2.000,-. This fee will be automatically included before you complete the checkout process.
(d) Tracking: You can track the delivery status on the expedition site.
(e) The term of delivery: You acknowledge that the delivery of the product depends on the availability of it. We will make every reasonable effort to provide products to you. We already have a standard accuracy of delivery to the courier service.
(f) As for matters related to delivery delays or force majeure, we are not responsible for it. Our responsibility stops when we submit your order to the courier service that you choose during checkout.
You can pay the product using a payment gateway from Midtrans. All payments must be completed via Credit Card or Bank Transfer that you choose when making a payment through Midtrans. We reserve the right to not processing your reservation if we cannot validate the payment due to such things such as failure in making a payment.
9. Return Policy
(a) If you accept defect products and/or receive products that do not match your order, you can return the product to us within thirty (30) days upon receiving it. Products must be intact, has not been used at all and must be in original brand packaging (if any).
(b) Procedures for returning the products: Firstly, you should send an email to our beauty assistance within a maximum period of 30 days after the product is received. In an e-mail, you are required to provide information and reason why you want to return the product. You can wait for a reply from us as a sign of whether your request is approved or not. This reply will be accompanied by a form of the product returns.
Secondly, if you have received the approval of the product returns from our e-mail, then you need to fill the form and send back to us. Without sending the form, the return or exchange products will not be accepted.
Thirdly, after receiving an e-mail as a sign of approval of product returns, we will give you a time to send the products to us no later than 10 days after the e-mail is received. If passed these provisions, we reserve the right to cancel the exchange of products and replace it with a credit coupon (cannot be cashed. It can only be used to purchase on the Site).
(c) Cost of Product Returns: If you return the products, you will be charged for the shipping cancellation of orders. The total cost will be adjusted to the expedition rates from the previous delivery.
For the delivery of products that will be exchanged to you, you shall pay for the shipping cost in accordance with the expedition rates appointed by us.
(d) Points Reduction: If you use our Services, if you return the product, the number of points will be reduced based on a number of points that you have got when making a purchase.
(e) Product Returns Duration: The duration for returning the products depends on the response time between you and our beauty assistance as well as the expedition chosen to send the products.
9.6 Other provisions: If there is an error in delivery or the courier input an error on the expedition, you agree that we are not responsible for it.
Promo is an attempt to inform or offer the products or services in order to draw potential consumers to purchase.
(a) Looké Promotion is a promotion held by us to customers/prospective customers. This promotion held at certain periods that are themed according to the policy of Looké.
(b) The promotion is binding. By following our promotion, either through the purchase and/or other forms of participation by the consumers/prospects consumers considered with the terms applied by us.
11. Beauty Era Program
Beauty Era Program is a loyalty program offered by looke. You can automatically join when you first registered to the Site. Member Program ("Membership") is limited to the individual and is limited to one account per individual.
2. The Program works
To qualify for this program, you must give your identification by logging into your account on the Site at a time of purchase. You can earn points and reached the level of the loyalty program with qualified purchases or take certain other actions Program. Once you reach a certain level of loyalty, you are eligible to receive benefits and rewards that are available at that rate. Members will be notified in order to achieve the level of loyalty points program and for notification through the Site or can be published through other media (such as email, social media, etc.). Please go to the Section 3 to know about the benefits of joining this Program. The Program only applies to our Sites.
3. The Program Benefits
Beauty Era Points can be earned based on the nominal spent when making online purchases. Besides, you can earn points by doing another online activity – writing a review, sharing to social media, and referring a friend.

4. Redemption of Points
Beauty Era points can be exchanged for a discount while making a purchase on our Site. Each 1 point is worth Rp 10. When redeeming Beauty Era points, your shopping bag total must exceed the number of your points. Please note that you cannot combine it with other promotions or other promotional codes. We reserve the right to limit the number of points redeemed by a single member in a given time period.
The Program points are valid during the calendar year. The Program members may redeem multiple points earned within one year. Points accumulated after one calendar year will return to zero at the end of the year and are not transferring over the year.
Gifts, benefits and/or points earned through the Program cannot be exchanged for cash value and non-transferable, and you do not have the property rights or compensation or other program benefits. In addition, the points cannot be combined with another member, sold, or transferred. If you return and/or cancel your purchases, your points will be deducted and/or cancelled based on the points you earned of that purchase. We are not responsible for any gifts, benefits and/or points are redeemable lost due to fraudulent activity.
By registering as our Membership, you will receive a periodic email marketing related to the Program. You can unsubscribe from email marketing every time, but the operational emails related to your membership will still be sent to you.
12. Lookérs Program
This program is a business partner program offered by looke ("Lookers"). Lookers member (“Membership”) is limited to the individual and is limited to one account per individual.
2. The Program Works
We provide two options to be selected by Lookers: Reseller and Dropshipper. To qualify to be Lookers, you must fill out a Lookers form first. The information that you enter must be valid and correct. After successfully registered, we will review your data and if you are selected to be Lookers, you will receive a reply from us. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you can login to the Site with the given password. After that, you must change your password and make a purchase from the 'Buy Products' with a minimum purchase of 20 pcs per transaction for reseller and 5 pcs for drop-shipper. For Reseller, you need to make a purchase with the multiple of 20pcs, in order to not replace the original packing. After making a purchase, you officially become a Lookers and your store name will be listed in our 'Store Locator'.
REMEMBER: you are not allowed to put Looke, Looke Cosmetics, or Lookers as your store name.
There are three types of reseller:
- Bronze: If you buy 20 – 60 pcs of products, you will get 10% off
- Silver: if you buy 61 – 120 pcs of products, you will get 15% off
- Gold: if you buy more than 120 pcs of products, you will get 20% off
There are three levels of Dropshipper:
Level 1: Small (S)
When you join, you’ll be automatically placed at this level. You need to complete to sell 100 pcs within 4 months (25 pcs per month) and will get 5% discounts without a minimum order.
Level 2: Medium (M)
You need to complete to sell 200 pcs within 4 months (50 pcs per month) and will get 7% discounts without a minimum order.
Level 3: Large (L)
You need to complete to sell 300 pcs within 4 months (75 pcs per month) and will get 10% discounts without minimum order
For dropshipper, we will send an update on your sales progress every month and evaluate your sales target every four months. However, if you can’t complete your task at a certain level within 4 months, you will stay at your current level or go back to the previous level. Furthermore, your points will be deducted based on your uncompleted target. So, it is possible to get a minus on your account balance.
3. The Program rewards
Lookers may get the rewards that are typically the thank-you gift for our business partner. You can get a chance to get a reward by collecting a lot of points through purchases.
After you successfully become a Lookers, you will earn 10 points for every Rp 50.000 spent. We will evaluate your accumulated points from one calendar year. Then we will select one eligible account to get the rewards. The rewards will be a free trip to a varied destination chosen by us. However, the rewards may be changed from time-to-time and are offered for a limited time.
Gifts, benefits and/or points earned through Lookers cannot be exchanged for cash value and non-transferable, and you do not have the property rights or compensation or other program benefits. In addition, the points cannot be combined with another member, sold, or transferred. If you return and/or cancel your purchases, your points will be deducted and/or cancelled based on the points you earned of that purchase. We are not responsible for any gifts, benefits and/or points are redeemable lost due to fraudulent activity. Sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any gifts or rewards offered through the program, apart from us, is prohibited.
By registering as our Membership, you will receive a periodic email marketing relating to Lookers. You can unsubscribe from email marketing every time, but the operational emails relating to your Lookers member will still be sent to you.
13. Intellectual Property
The entire content available on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, features, functions, text, graphics, button icons, images, title, names, video materials, audio materials, and software (collectively, the “Content”) is own by us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or licensors and is protected by the copyright laws and the applicable laws in Indonesia and worldwide that protect the Content.
- All results and testimonials about our products as a whole are the feedback from the user.
- Please read first about product information such as labelling and ingredients. We are not responsible if you have any allergic or sensitive to certain ingredients.
- We've been working to display the color that matches the original color on the packaging. The original color you see depends on your monitor and may result inaccurate.
- The results of each individual user may be different.
15. Third Party Sites
This site may contain links to other third party sites ("Linked Sites"). Related sites are not owned and operated by us. Purchase, payment, delivery assurance, and all the other things about the goods, services or information ordered or received from the business entirely is a matter between you and related businesses. We do not take sides or in any way responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and third-party providers of products, services, or related information. You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the third-party on this Site.
16. Termination and Changes
We have an absolute right to modify, suspend or cancel these Terms of Site and/or Services, including the guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies, instructions, including but not limited to Services benefits, the way to achieve the level of Program, the way to earn Services points, and the way to evaluate the eligible purchase and/or other Site and/or Services activities, and any part of it, at any time without prior notice. We urge you to examine the Terms of this page periodically. You are supposed to know and to abide by any changes in the Terms to continue to use and/or to access the Site.
We also reserve the right to disable and to audit your account at any time, in our sole discretion. If there is inaccurate/untrue data, a misuse of the Site and/or Services, failure to comply with the Site and/or Services requirements, inactive account for more than 12 months, actions that harm our interests, fraud or attempted fraud, you will no longer meet the requirements to participate in the Site and/or the Services and we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or refuse your account.

17. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
We are not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information or damages arising out of or in connection with your account, the Terms or contents, including but not limited to any loss arising from changes or termination of the Site and/or the Services or as a result of the redemption and/or the use of points/gifts by you. This applies to any kind of all damages, including but not limited to damages for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, income or profit, technical, and other non-technical.
By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, freeing neither Looké Cosmetics nor our parents, directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or expenses (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from the use of this Site or your violation of these Terms. You also agree that no claim or action in (1) agreement, warranty, or error (including omission) arising out from your involvement in the Membership Program, (2) using a gift or other benefits or these Terms that you carry more than one (1) year after the cause of action relating to claims or actions arise. If you are not satisfied with the Site and/or the Services, you can terminate your account/Membership. We have no obligation, indemnity, or responsibility to you.
18. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the Indonesian laws, without giving any principles of conflicts of Indonesian Law. Looke and Customer/User Site and/or Services (collectively, the "Parties") agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out from and/or related to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration conducted in Indonesia. The Parties also understand that all disputes arising from and/or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with other arbitration.
